★ Why can't I see my traffic on analytics?
★ Are there other traffic delivery issues?
Yes. Your website’s bandwidth, load balancing issues, time to first byte (TTFB), automatic redirects, apache/nginx downtimes, and other network issues can affect the deliverability. We advise you to check all those major areas, in case you cannot see our traffic.
★ Is this traffic visible on Google Analytics?
Indeed, our website visits are visible on Google Analytics (GA). But you have to double check your Google Tag Manager (GTM), in case you have activated GA through GTM. Somehow, Google Analytics 4 can take extra time (up to 48 hours) to update your traffic data. Please make sure your Order ID is visible on the UTM tracking code variable.
★ Why is my selected traffic source not appearing?
If you have ordered traffic from sources such as Google/Facebook/Twitter (Third party domains), there is a high chance of receiving direct traffic because of Referrer-Policy on visitor’s browser. We are unable to change the referrer header as we have no access to the user’s browser due to privacy issues.
★ Do you send us bot traffic?
We are generating automatic traffic using an AI, but do not use bots that do cloaking, masking, poofing and other black-hat techniques. We always send your website to modern web browsers which are managed by real humans. This traffic is 100% visible on major analytics programs, therefore we confirm that our traffic is not fake or black-hat traffic.
★ Why does my traffic seem too slow?
If you have selected a low populated country such as Singapore, Dubai, Brunei or similar, it can take more days to deliver your website traffic. And also, if the country has a very less English speaking audience, it can affect the deliverability. You can contact us and ask adjusting your target country anytime to see different results.
★ Number of visits you sent doesn’t match with visibles?
Sometimes, your visitors can use anonymous web browsers (Eg: Brave Browser) that block background traffic trackers, ads, automatic videos, and battery draining scripts. These visits can only be tracked using your server side analytics reports or cloudflare analytics.
