We know you are looking to contact us to solve your problems. Among many other methods, we recommend you to create a support ticket, if you need to get a clean and a complete solution for your issue. Alexa Master help center has many frequently asked questions that will answer your issues. Please read them before making any support ticket.
How long does it take to answer a support ticket?
It depends on your issue and the data you submit to us. If your question is not clear or in another language excluding English, we cannot promise that we can give you an answer quickly. We always answer our support messages within 24 hours, if there are no interruptions. Normally, it takes only a maximum 3 hours to solve a problem.
I did not get any reply from you
We always answer our support tickets. However if you have given us a wrong email address which is not able to receive emails from us, that can cause a huge trouble between you and us. Please double check your email address before submitting a support ticket. Anyway, if you make the same support ticket again and again, our system will mark you as a spammer. Therefore, be waiting until you get answered by our next available support agent.
Can I use temporary email to contact?
Do not use any temporary email. Our system will block your support request automatically if you do this. Always your personal email which can receive direct emails from our server.
Do you have a direct email contact?
We do have some special email addresses, but they are allocated for our VIP members to prevent service interruption. If you are from an advertising agency, please complete our reseller form to join this program. Otherwise, the system will refuse your emails automatically. We recommend you to use a support ticket to avoid these issues.
Who answers my direct phone calls?
Rodica Grecu who is the Co-director of Alexa Master will answer your all phone calls directly. If you do need any technical support, we recommend you to contact the developer through the support ticket system. Regional support numbers will be given to VIP members in North America, Asia Pasific, and South Asia regions.
How can I change my email address?
You cannot change your email address once you have created your account. However, if you have made any typo mistakes on the email, just contact us using your correct email to fix it. But, we cannot promise that we can solve your problem.
Account removal or suspension process
Create a support ticket by requesting us to remove your user account from our system. Anyway, it can take up to 6 months to remove all of your data from our servers including backups records.
